1973-S 50C Kennedy Half Dollar -- Double Struck, Second Strike
25% Off Center -- PR66 Cameo NGC. The second strike is off
center toward 9:30. Both strike produced deep-mirrored fields,
while the second strike provides razor-sharp detail on the frosted
