Struck 5% Off Center
1974-D $1 Eisenhower Dollar--Struck 5% Off Center--MS66
PCGS. This lovely Eisenhower dollar was struck 5% off-center at
1 o'clock. Both sides have satiny medium gray surfaces with
brilliant luster and a trace of light gold toning. As usual for
off-center coins, the design details are quite bold.
