Description
1975 5C Jefferson Nickel -- Double Denomination on a Struck Cent -- MS64 Brown PCGS. The nickel over cent double denomination is scarcer than the cent over dime combination. This chocolate-brown example displays the columns of the Lincoln Memorial across Jefferson's cheek. TED STATES from the cent is readable across the obverse exergue, and the truncation of Lincoln's coat cuts across E PLURIBUS. The nickel date is bold, though the cent date is indistinct.
