Choice 1975-D Nickel on a Cent Planchet
1975-D 5C Jefferson Nickel--Struck on a Cent Planchet--MS64 Red and Brown NGC. 3.1 grams. A lustrous orange, ruby-red, and cobalt-blue example that has a couple of small marks on Jefferson's forehead and temple. The rim shows mint-made depressions at 2:30 on the reverse and 3:30 on the obverse; the latter affects the top of the 19 in the date. Uncentered toward 9 o'clock with left side legends mostly off the flan.From The Bellaire Collection, Part Two.
