    Description

    1976-D Bicentennial Half, MS64
    First Strike Full Brockage

1976-D 50C Clad Bicentennial Half Dollar -- First Strike Full Brockage -- MS64 PCGS. The present Bicentennial Kennedy half dollar was struck between the obverse die, and the obverse of a previously struck half dollar. The reverse exhibits a perfect brockage image of the obverse design, except for a couple of short, rod-shaped strike-throughs near the date. A lustrous and lightly toned near-Gem, essentially as made save for a hair-thin vertical line on the obverse cheek.
