1977 5C Jefferson Nickel--Double Struck--MS60 ANACS. The first strike is normal, but the Nickel did not eject from the dies and was struck a second time, 80% off center toward 3 o'clock, centered at 11 o'clock relative to the initial strike. A newly fed planchet (not included) also entered the coinage chamber for the second strike, and it indented the reverse.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22W8, PCGS# 4098, GSID# 3346)
