Gem 1978 Eisenhower Dollar Error
Missing Reverse Clad Layer
1978 $1 --Missing Reverse Clad Layer--MS65 PCGS. The depth
of the missing reverse clad layer is uneven on this example,
ranging from substantial voids to either side of the eagle to hints
of the clad layer being visible in the center. The obverse shows
subtle gold shadings, while the reverse is generally
mahogany-orange with elements of violet and nickel-white.
