Gem Double Denomination
1978 Nickel on a 1978 Dime
1978 5C Jefferson Nickel--Overstruck on a 1978 Dime--MS65
NGC. This lustrous and untoned double denomination error is
uncentered toward 9 o'clock. The rim is complete along the right
borders, while the left-side legends are absent. The portrait is
complete aside from the bust tip. Roosevelt gazes north relative to
Monticello. The dime date is readily evident on the left wing of
Monticello.From The New England Collection of Error Coins.
