Description
1979 Nickel on a Struck Lincoln Cent
Double Denomination, MS64 Red
1979 5C Jefferson Nickel--Double Denomination on Struck
Cent--MS64 Red PCGS. The panes of the Lincoln Memorial appear
like train tracks aligned vertically with the portrait of
Jefferson. Lincoln is seated within the Memorial near where
Jefferson's ear should be. Lincoln's beard overlaps the steps of
Monticello. The date of the nickel is clear; the cent date is
mostly effaced, although the 79 is faintly present.
