1979-P MS Anthony Dollar MS63 PCGS. Struck 5% off center at 9 o'clock on the obverse. All legends are fully present, although UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is slightly distorted, as struck. Lustrous and essentially free of abrasion, but the upper left obverse has a fingerprint and a spot of PVC damage below the B in LIBERTY.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 258Z, PCGS# 9571, Greysheet# 7971)
