Description
1981 1C Cent--Struck on a Roosevelt Dime--MS 65 ANACS. The obverse impression of the cent is rotated about 150 degrees counterclockwise in relation to that of the dime. The first impression retains considerable definition on both sides, but only the date of the cent is visible.
