Description

1983-P Jefferson Nickel On a Struck Cent

1983-P 5C Jefferson Nickel--Double Denomination on a Struck Cent--MS63 Red and Brown PCGS. Lincoln's beard and profile emerges within Jefferson's hair, and the columns and outline of the Lincoln Memorial overlap portions of Monticello. Nicely centered for the error category, since the peripheral legends are mostly intact. Dusky orange-red color illuminates the fields, while deep lilac toning embraces the devices.
