Description
Dramatic 1984 Cent on Struck Dime Double Denomination
1984 1C Lincoln Cent--Double Denomination on Struck Dime Planchet--MS66 PCGS. The first three digits of the date on the Cent are clearly recognizable, while the fourth (the 4) cannot be detected by this cataloger. Perhaps the date is deduced by a progression of other double denominations seen of this year. Roosevelt's portrait is rotated approximately 80 degrees clockwise relative to Lincoln's. A dramatic and always popular error.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22HY, PCGS# 3059, Greysheet# 2271)
