    Gem 1988 One-Ounce Gold Eagle
    With Obverse Strike-Through

1988 G$50 One-Ounce Gold Eagle -- Obverse Struck Through -- MS65 NGC. The struck-through object is absent but was most likely a thin piece of plastic film. The strike-through is shallow with the shape of a pea pod and is found at 3 o'clock on the obverse. This butter-gold Gem is crisply struck and coruscating with only unimportant contact.
