Description

1989 1C Cent--Struck on a 1989-P Dime--MS 64 ANACS. The second obverse impression is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise in relation to the first striking. The date of the cent is fully legible, while that on the dime undertype is weak, yet discernible.
