1991-D 50C Kennedy Half--Struck 50% Off Center--MS62 PCGS.
This piece is struck about 50% off-center at 1 o'clock. The light
gray surfaces are satiny and lustrous with only a few abrasions,
mostly limited to the blank or unstruck portion of the planchet,
probably remaining from before this piece was created.
