Description
1995 5C Jefferson Nickel--90% Indented Reverse and Broadstrike--MS65 PCGS. The reverse is dominated by an indent, with only a portion of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA not affected. Two planchets instead of the usual single planchet were fed between the dies to cause the indent, and the double planchet presumably obstructed the collar die to cause the broadstrike.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22XD, PCGS# 4136, Greysheet# 3447)
