1995-P 5C Jefferson Nickel--Struck 10% Off-Center on a Defective Cent Planchet--MS65 Red NGC. A complicated error to say the least! A ragged, underweight (2.2 grams) cent planchet was fed into a nickel press, and this reddish-orange piece, struck 10% off-center toward 8 o'clock, was the result.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22XD, PCGS# 4136, Greysheet# 3447)
