1996-D 25C Washington Quarter--Struck on Five Cent Planchet--MS63 ANACS. An uncentered broadstrike due to the wrong planchet error, the piece has a full rim at 9 o'clock but portions of the right border designs are partially off the flan. The mintmark is intact and the date is mostly complete. This sharply struck Quarter has light tan color and a few small marks.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 248S, PCGS# 5961, Greysheet# 5762)
