Description
1998-? 25C Error Washington Quarter--Multi Struck--MS65 NGC. Struck at least four times, the first strike is properly centered while the final series of strikes are closely spaced but approximately 50% off center toward 2 o'clock. The subsequent strikes obliterated the mintmark from the first strike, and the mintmark from the later strikes are off the flan.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 248V, PCGS# 5942, GSID# 24989)
