MS68 Obverse Die Cap 1998-P Quarter
1998-P 25C Washington Quarter--Obverse Die Cap--MS68 NGC. The high, narrow rim characteristic of a die cap is most prominent near 9 o'clock. The obverse strike is razor-sharp on the portrait and legends. The multi-struck reverse is indistinct aside from a reversed image of Washington's nose. A unusually high grade for a mint error.Auction Info
