1998-P 5C Jefferson Nickel--Flipover Double Struck With Both Strikes Off Center--MS64 NGC. One strike is about 50% off-center at 11:00, the other about 25% off-center at 7:00. In addition, an indent type error is also present. This is a most dramatic presentation retaining full luster and light gold toning.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22XM, PCGS# 4142, GSID# 3459)
