Prominent 1999 Cent Two-Piece Bonded Obverse Die Cap
1999 Cent Two-Piece Bonded Deep Die Cap. Imaged by PCGS, but not certified or given a grade. A dramatic error several coin-thicknesses deep, formed from two cents that fused through repeated strikings. At the flat face of the cap, the area with the over-detailed portrait of Lincoln has partially separated from the rest of the piece.Auction Info
