1999-D 10C Dime--Die Adjustment Strike--MS60 ANACS, the borders have a mushy strike, and yet Roosevelt's eye has bold details; and an Undated (1960s) Roosevelt Dime--Die Adjustment Strike--MS60 PCGS, the upper portions of the 196 in the date are decipherable, very softly struck.
