Description
1999-D 25C Delaware Quarter--Struck on a Five Cent Planchet--MS64 PCGS. This interesting error still shows all of the quarter's design, although some of the legends blend into the rims. The strike is razor-sharp, and there are only a couple of minuscule handling marks.
