    1999 G$50 One-Ounce Gold Eagle -- Struck Through Obverse -- MS69 PCGS. A fairly large but shallow flag-shaped strike-through affects the left obverse. In virtually all such cases, the struck-through object is lost, but the consignor has attached in a flip the small, thin plastic film that passed between the obverse die and the present coin as the piece was struck. As made with light peach toning on the obverse and rich orange-gold toning on the reverse.
