1999-P Susan B. Anthony Dollar, MS64
Flipover Double Strike
1999-P $1 Anthony Dollar -- Flipover Double Struck, Second
Strike 85% Off Center -- MS64 NGC. The first strike was normal,
but the coin failed to fully eject. Instead, it flipped within the
coinage chamber, and was then struck 85% off center toward 11:45,
at 11 o'clock relative to the first strike. Flipovers constitute
only a tiny percentage of double strikes. Lustrous and crisply
struck with faint golden-gray toning and exemplary surfaces. The
