    Struck on Scrap 1999-P Connecticut Quarter

    1999-P 25C Connecticut Statehood Quarter--Double Struck on Aluminum Scrap--MS64 PCGS. Perhaps struck on a feeder finger, this quarter displays a full Philadelphia mintmark in addition to much of the Charter Oak and portrait. Peripheral legends are moderately strike doubled, which may constitute the second strike indicated on the PCGS holder.
