Struck 75% Off Center on Nickel Planchet
1999-P 25C Delaware Statehood Quarter -- Struck 75% Off Center
on Nickel Planchet -- MS64 PCGS. The bottom portion of the
reverse is on the flan, showing the 1999 date, but the area of the
obverse that would show the mintmark is off the flan. PLURIBUS UNUM
on the reverse is likewise visible, while the top of Washington's
head and TATES OF AMER are visible on the obverse. The unstruck
planchet portion shows minor marks as planchets do before they are
struck.Formerly in the Collection of Fred Weinberg.
