1999-P New Jersey Quarter--Struck Twice, Second Strike Off-Center--MS64 NGC. An interesting and dynamic error. This piece received a normal first impression, but rotated and failed to clear the dies. It then received a second impression with an unstruck planchet beneath it, resulting in an off-center obverse impression and a struck-out area on the reverse.Auction Info
