1999-P Double Struck Brockage Quarter

1999-P States Quarter--Double Struck, Full Brockage--MS 65. Struck twice with the second impression overlapping approximately half of the first. The stretched planchet has taken on a cupped appearance with a high lip to the left and right on the normal appearing side. Because of the brockage it is impossible to determine which state is commemorated. The reverse shows a full brockage with a greatly expanded profile of Washington the most apparent device.
