    Description

2000-P SAC$1 Sacagawea Dollar -- Struck on a Maryland Quarter -- MS67 NGC. Sacagawea dollars should have gold to brown color, but this one is pearl-white. Additionally, the rims are mostly flat and appear stretched. Further clues to its double denomination identity are glimpses of a Maryland quarter undertype, such as Washington's hair on the baby's blanket, and the bottom of the Annapolis State House dome is evident (in inverted fashion) above the US in PLURIBUS. The quarter date is visible between STATES and OF. A desirable mint error in pristine condition.
