Flipover Double Struck Tennessee Quarter
2002-P 25C Tennessee Statehood Quarter--Flipover Double Strike in Collar--MS64 PCGS. A spectacular mess, since the first impression is relatively clear on both sides. Washington's hair (from the first strike) appears as waves beneath the musical instruments, while the peak of a fiddle and trombone respectively extend from Washington's nose and chin (from the second strike).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24AC, PCGS# 14004, Greysheet# 5820)
