Description
2007 John Adams Plain Edge Dollar, MS66
Struck Seven Times, 40% Off Center
2007 $1 Adams Dollar, Plain Edge -- Struck Seven Times, Strikes
3 Through 7 40% Off Center -- MS66 PCGS. The first error was
the lack of edge lettering, making the coin worth a premium by
itself. But this pales in comparison to the more significant and
visible errors on this piece. Struck once, struck 40% off center
six more times with almost no rotation between the first and
seventh strikes. The bright golden manganese composition is
mellowed and reddish in appearance on the last six strikes.
