Double Struck Washington Quarter Both Strikes Off Center
Undated 25C Philadelphia Mint Washington Quarter--Off Center, Double Struck--MS63 ANACS. The first strike is about 10% off center toward 12:30, with a broad area of unstruck surface near 12 o'clock. The second strike is about 65% off center toward 6 o'clock, at 6 o'clock relative to the first strike. The second strike is uniface, a newly fed planchet (not included) obstructed the reverse die.
