Description
Undated 25C Washington Quarter--Struck on 1C Planchet--MS60 Red and Brown ANACS. This wrong planchet error appears to be struck on 1951-D Quarter dies. While the Denver mintmark is bold, the date is heavily distorted due to its proximity to the border, and the final digit cannot be irrefutably determined. Deep copper-gold and olive-brown patina.
