Mint Error Undated Kennedy Half Dollar Struck on Quarter Dollar Planchet
Undated 50C Error Clad Kennedy Half Dollar--Struck on 25 Cent Planchet--MS64 PCGS. Kennedy's head and the eagle design are both sharply struck and fully present. Approximately half of the peripheral elements are in place (see photo image.) Some milky tan patina partially adorns the reverse, and is interspersed with golden highlights. The piece seems well preserved, very lustrous, and essentially unabraded.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24UA, PCGS# 6716, Greysheet# 6913)
