    Undated 5C Jefferson Nickel--Struck 55% Off Center on a Philippine 10 Sentimos Planchet--MS63 NGC. 2 gm. The U.S. Mint struck Philippines 10 sentimos between 1967 and 1976. The present piece has the Reverse of 1972, first introduced in 1971. The date and any mintmark are absent, as the piece is widely off center toward 3 o'clock. The struck portion is moderately prooflike due to prominent die polish lines. The unstruck portion has light gold toning and a minor scrape on the upper reverse.
