Description
Undated 5C Jefferson Nickel--Struck on 10C Planchet--MS63 PCGS. A lustrous and carefully preserved wrong planchet error. As the dime planchet was too small to fill the Nickel dies, the strike is very soft. The peripheral legends are distorted where present. The fields have heavy raised lines that are as struck.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22T4, PCGS# 4000, GSID# 3162)
