Planchet--MS63 NGC. Ex: New England Collection. 2.4 gm. A
silver dime planchet was misfed between Jefferson nickel dies, and
was struck 35% off center toward 10 o'clock. All of E PLURIBUS UNUM
and OF AMERICA is absent, as is LIBERTY, the date, and the mintmark
