Flanders. Louis de Maele gold Franc a cheval ND (1346-1384), Knight on horseback left/Cross fleury within quadrilobe, Delm-458 (R.2), F-156,Gaillard 212, Vernier 10, 3.82 gm. Brilliant Mint State (FDC). A second example, absolutely spectacular. We doubt that this type could be found in nicer condition. Amazingly well struck for this normally crude type. We do not hesitate to call this piece FDC.From the Sanssouci Collection
