Description
1857 1C MS64 PCGS. This is a lustrous and well struck representative, with especially fine details noted on the reverse. Only the letters of UNITED STATES are slightly weak, as die doubling is noted along the upper edges. Pleasing accents of champagne and gold modify the tan coloration. A few reverse carbon flecks limit the grade.From The Casa Becca del Norté Collection.(Registry values: N1793)
