Description
1857 Flying Eagle Cent, MS65
Rich Color
1857 1C MS65 NGC. The satiny luster on this Gem type coin
trends toward warmer hues of orange-gold as opposed to the bright
tan-gold color seen on many high-grade pieces. The coin is well
struck overall and shows only a few small marks under a loupe, none
bothersome for the grade. Finer 1857 Flying Eagle cents are
scarce.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2276, PCGS# 2016, GSID# 15313)
