Description

1857 Flying Eagle Cent, MS65
Vibrant Mint Luster

1857 1C MS65 PCGS. CAC. Vibrant luster is the hallmark of this 1857 Flying Eagle cent, from an issue that can be difficult to find with that elusive quality. The surfaces are almond-tan in the center with glimpses of orange-gold near the rims. There are no mentionable signs of contact, save for a rim nick at 3 o'clock on the obverse. The strike is sharp throughout. PCGS has seen 18 finer submissions (5/17).(Registry values: N2998)
