1857 Flying Eagle Cent, MS65
Almond-Tan Example
1857 1C MS65 PCGS. Almond-tan surfaces boast gentle luster
and few marks but some dark buildup appears around the edges of
AMERICA, seen only under a loupe. The eagle is sharply struck
throughout, yet some softness appears on the upper-right wreath.
Seldom seen in finer grades; PCGS shows only 14 numerically higher
