1858 1C Large Letters MS66 PCGS. Ex: Joshua and Ally Walsh Collection. High Leaves Reverse. Closed E in ONE. Well struck save for the usual minor softness on a few tail feathers. This honey-gold Premium Gem possesses impressive cartwheel flash and has only the faintest contact below the eagle's beak. An important type coin at this level of preservation, since the Flying Eagle cent was produced for only two years, excluding the coveted 1856-dated variety.
