Lovely Gem Small Letters 1858 Cent
1858 1C Small Letters MS65 PCGS. CAC. Incorrectly designated as a Large Letters variety by PCGS. Low Leaves Reverse. Closed E hubbed over Open E. This apricot-gold Gem has an uncommonly sharp strike, with full veins on the cotton leaves and crisp detail on the eagle's extremities. The obverse border displays several fine cracks, but there is no indication of carbon or contact.From The Westmoreland County Collection, Part Three.(Registry values: N2998)
