    1858/7 1C --Cleaned--ANACS. AU58 Details. FS-302, formerly FS-006.1. Snow-7. Large Letters, Closed E. Doubled Die Obverse. The lesser-known of two overdate varieties for the year, though described as "more rare" by Snow in his Guide Book of Flying Eagle and Indian Head Cents. Rather than the die dot above the first 8 and 5 of the date, this variant shows raised areas above and to the left of the upper part of the 1. This orange-accented mushroom-brown piece, luminous and lightly hairlined, also shows die doubling on the first few letters of UNITED.(Registry values: N1793)
