Charles VI gold Ecu d'or a la couronne ND (1380-1422), 1st emission, March 11, 1385, Crowned arms of France/Floriated cross in quadrilobe, crowns in angles, F-291, Dup-369/369a, Ciani-484/486, 4.05 gm, brilliant UNC (FDC). Pristine, mark-free surfaces with a perfectly round, well struck flan. Ex Armand Trampitsch, Paris, May 31-June 1 1988, lot 246.
