Louis XV Ecu 1724X, D-1328, G-319, 24.46g, MS61 NGC. Amiens mint. Ecu de France. 50% of 1723 and all 1724 dates are struck flan neuf. Amiens is the most available mint for a flan neuf Ecu de France. Mottled original toning with nice definition and underlying luster. Only the very slightest hint of adjustment marks in reverse shield.From the Grundy Collection.
